Helen Teresa Fankhauser
Helen Teresa Fankhauser was born Helen Teresa Roe on May, 8, 1944 in Butte, Montana to parents Francis Joseph Roe and Virginia Evelyn Roe, and passed away on August, 2, 2024 in Norwich, CT. at age 80 in her home with her family, because of some health problems.
She was predeceased by her parents: Francis Joseph Roe and Virginia Evelyn Roe, she had one older sister: Patricia Ann A. who predeceased her, she had three children: her son Samuel Joseph Fankhauser predeceased her, she is survived by her daughters Lori Lyn F. and Lindsey N. F. and her two nephews: Andrew F. A. and James R. A.
She was Roman Catholic.
She was beautiful, intelligent, kind, caring, generous, and she had a good sense of humor.
She loved God, her children, and animals.
She loved all animals, especially dogs and cats, however, horses were always her favorite.
She liked helping animals.
She also liked kids, cooking, baking, watching television, reading, listening to music, playing board games, going to movies, restaurants, swimming, and walking at the park, etc.
Her religion, her children, the family pets, health, and education were important to her.
She used to go to church with her children at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Norwich, CT.
She had a master's degree in education, she was an elementary school teacher, before becoming a homemaker to take care of her children and the family pets: a dog and a cat before retiring.
Her family is going to have a private service performed by a Roman Catholic priest from St. Patrick's Cathedral in a cemetery in Norwich, CT.
