Helen (Rowley) Levasseur, 91, of Brooklyn, died peacefully Thursday March 6, 2014 at the Norwichtown Rehabilitation & Care Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Armand Levasseur Sr. for 67 years. Born in Norwich on February 1, 1923 to the late Harry and Frances Rowley. She is survived by her two sisters, Florence deKoven and Alice Viera of Norwich and a brother Joseph Rowley and his wife Barbara of Florida. Helen leaves a daughter Doris Schultz and her husband Gerhard of Lebanon, and two sons Armand Levasseur Jr. and his wife Ellen of Windsor Locks and Robert Levasseur and his fiance Bonita Sneed of Brooklyn; four grandchildren Mark Schultz and his wife Karen, Gregory Levasseur and his wife Danielle, Timothy Levasseur, and Brianne Levasseur; a great granddaughter Lily Levasseur; and several nieces and nephews.
