Jean Ladd

Jean was born April 14th, 1942 in Waterville Maine, to parents Lyndon R. Snow and Martha V. Simpson and survived by her sister Judy Caron. She was the beloved widower of Edward J. Ladd and mother to the late Tammy Moore and Cheryl Ladd. She is also survived by her children John Moore, Steven Moore, Carol Thornhill and her husband James Thornhill, Gary Moore and his wife Mehgan Moore, and Crystal Ladd; as well as seven step children.

Jean is also survived by her beloved grandchildren George Knapp, Jessica Knapp and her son Bryce, Justin Knapp, Alicia Burbank and her daughter Maddy, Gary Jr., Angela Haller and expected son, Kayla Thornhill, Caitlyn Moore, Cheyenne Moore, Amber Engle as well as several nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jean was a proud customer service manager of Zayre, a master of Yahtzee, enjoyed cross-stitch, traveling with her husband and children to Lake George and going to the beach. Jean's house was the place to be for holidays; every corner was fully decorated.

Services will be held at Labenski Funeral Home, 107 Boswell Ave, Norwich, CT. Calling hours are 5-6PM with a memorial service at 6PM. We invite family and friends to remember Jean's life with a Memorial Repast to follow at the Taftville Firehouse located at 134 Providence St, Taftville, CT.
