She was born January 23, 1941 in Norwich, the daughter of the late Francis and Eleanor (Phaneuf) Santerre.
She married Frederic H. Fox on January 18, 1969 in Norwich.
In addition to her husband Frederic, she is survived by her son David Fox and by her daughter Melissa Fox.
