Preston-Marie G. Benjamin, age 90, of Preston, passed away at her home on October 28, 2021. She was born on July 21, 1931 in Salem, Mass. to the late Joseph and Florida (Bilodeau) LaPorte. She married Carl Benjamin on December 14, 1952 in Salem, Mass. He predeceased her.
Marie worked as an egg specialist for Spafas.
She is survived by a son Michael Benjamin and his wife Patricia of Preston, a daughter Carol Avery of Westerly, RI., grandchildren Bryan Avery and Matthew Benjamin and a sister Dorothy Joly of Danvers, Mass. She is predeceased by sisters Lucille LaPorte and Cecile Belanger.
Family and friends may visit Labenski Funeral Home, 107 Boswell Ave., Norwich on Saturday Nov. 6th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral home service at 12 noon.
