Born in Callicoon NY, and longtime resident of Ct, retired Physics and Science teacher and golf coach at ELHS with a double masters in Science. US Air Force veteran, radar specialist who served in Vietnam. Avid outdoorsmen, especially golfing, fishing and hunting.
Loved and cherished by all. Survived by wife Dixie L (Grant) Brother William and Spouse Billie, five boys Robert(predeceased), Eric, Ray, Beau and Ranilo, and seven grandchildren, Montana, Gabriel, Jacqueline, Adrianna, Vivian, Jett(predeceased) and Ray Lee Jr. Son of William and Ida(predeceased) Brother-in-law Terry Grant(Barbara), sister-in-law Penny Grant-Cohorsky( Barry), nieces and nephews Sheryl(Jeff), Roach, Rick Grant(Sarah), Dan Grant, Amanda Grant(predeceased). Great niece and nephews, Alyssa(Bobby) Roach, Derek Roach and great niece Billie Roach.

A memorial will be held at September 11th at the Meyer residence 3:00pm – 6:00 pm. A reading will be held at 4:00 pm.
