Sandra Wynn Park graduated to Glory on June 15th. She was born on August 31, 1938 in Torrington, CT to the late Gilbert and Mary Misura Wynn. She graduated from Torrington High School Class of 1956 and the University of Connecticut in 1960.
On August 20, 1960, she married her best friend and soul-mate, W. Scott Park. She was a teacher by profession and a Mother and Homemaker by choice.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Scott, two sons, Jeffrey Scott Park (Carol) of Surprise, Arizona and Brian Wallace Park (Bridget) of Preston, CT and five Grandchildren, Rebecca, Eric, Bradley, Ethan and Stephanie and one Great Grandson, Cameron.
Labenski Funeral Home in Norwich is entrusted with funeral arrangements. There will be no visitation hours. Burial Service will be at the Preston City Cemetery, Friday June 21, 2024 at 11a.m., with reception to follow at Preston City Congregational Church.
