
Passed peacefully at her home at Crescent Point in Niantic. Born in West Haven, CT to the late Axel and Matilde (Olson) Olson, she was predeceased by her 1st husband, Maurice (Moe) Langley and by her 2nd husband, William Brown. Wilma was the cherished family matriarch to her three children, William Langley and his wife, Cheryl of Charlestown, RI, Christopher Langley of West Hartford and Laura Stevenson-Flom and her husband, Elliott of Colchester. She was the beloved Nana to her four grandchildren, Jessica Langley, NYC, Kevin Langley, Norwich, and Dara and Jordan Flom, Colchester.
Wilma was a graduate of Stone Business College.
An avid traveler, Wilma’s adventures took her throughout Africa, as well as Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Cambodia, Canada , China, Curacao, Denmark, Egypt, England, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Martinique, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Scandinavia, South America, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, Yugoslavia and throughout the United States.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Anca Bulgaru, the nurses on A2 at Backus Hospital, the staff at Crescent Point in Niantic and Vitas Hospice.
