Barbara M. Plonus

She is Survived by her daughters, Lynne B Taylor with her husband Kevin R Taylor, of Massachusetts, and Lisa Keeton, of Colorado; her step daughters, Carol, Barb and Janet; her nieces, Nicole Gibson and Ashley Diamond; along with various cousins.

Barbara lived most of her life in Norwich with a few years spent in Ashland, Ohio and Denver, Colorado before returning to her hometown. She enjoyed attending Lutheran church services, singing in the choir and donating her time to various church related events. She made many friends there. She was a member of the YMCA and enjoyed classes there for many years. She also loved to take long walks in good weather.

Barbara retired from Proctor and Gamble after a long career. She and her husband enjoyed many long years of retirement together travelling to the casinos.

A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 18, at R.J. Fahy Funeral Home, 116 N. Broad St. Norwich with Rev. Laura Wade officiating. Burial will take place in the spring at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
