
Bev was born in Pharsalia in Feb. of 1940 the daughter of Elmer and Lillian Armondi Jackson. She grew up in the Pharsalia area where she attended the local schools. Over the years Bev had worked for the Norwich Shoe Co. and the Head Start Program.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother Bev’s life was centered around her family. She enjoyed family pictures and was also an avid reader of many books.
Beverly is survived by here children Calluah (Kenneth) Kronk of Binghamton, Andrea Cox and companion Ken Humphrey of Baldwinsville, Edward Ward, Jr. and companion Sophie Mott of Norwich and step-son Martin (Bonnie) Cox, Sr. of New Berlin. Also surviving is her sister Janet Frink of McGraw, her brothers Homer Jackson, Jr. of Cortland, Michael Conklin along with 9 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Bev was predeceased by her husband Edward M. Ward, Sr on Sept, 9, 2008.
Funeral services for Bev will be held on Wed. July 13, at 11:00 am from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis McKenna, Pastor of the Assembly of God Church in Norwich will officiate. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Wed. from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00am.
