Don was born on June 8, 1950 in Norwich the son of Willard and Alice (Cleveland) Shattuck. He grew up in Norwich and was a 1968 graduate of the Norwich High School. In the early 1990’s he had a small horse farm which he enjoyed with his family. He was employed for 30 years by Norwich Pharmaceuticals where he worked as a Maintenance Machinist retiring early due to health related issues. Don loved his fishing, enjoyed most animals especially his dog who he was close to and liked classic rock music. He also was a NY Giants fan, loved the NY Yankees, enjoyed NASCAR at Delaware and Pocono and was an avid bowler at Plaza Lanes.
Don is survived by his son David Shattuck of Norwich and his granddaughters Emily and Haley Shattuck.
There will be no formal services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
