Edward E. Fox, 52, passed away on Saturday December 14, 2019. He was born in Norwich on September 29, 1967, and grew up in the South Otselic area where he lived his entire life. He attended Otselic Valley Central School and later was proud to earn his GED. Edward made his career in the construction business as a heavy equipment operator and over the years, he was employed by Webster’s Paving, Ruston Paving, Smith Paving, Fahs Paving and G. DeVesentis Paving. Edward enjoyed many years of participation in pony pulls, hunting, camping, ATVing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
Edward is survived by his loving companion of 22 years, Kim Marshall; his step-children, Danielle, Martina, Cy, Samantha, Zachary, and Brian; 16 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; his mother, Gloria Fox; his siblings, Sally and Bruce Perkins, Thomas Fox, Steve and Debra Fox, Kathy and Gary Johnson, and Debra Fox; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours for Edward will take place on Wednesday, December 18, at R.J. Fahy Funeral Home, 116 N. Broad St. from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. A private burial will take place in the spring at Maple Grove Cemetery in Otselic.
