Howard Scott, formerly of Nineveh and Binghamton passed away at Valley View Nursing Home in Norwich on March 27, 2018 at 1:30 am at the age of 59. He is predeceased by his parents, Bernard and Lena Scott; his brothers, Joseph and Peter, his sister, Rebecca; and his grandparents. He is survived by his brothers, Bernie Scott and Lori Bryden, of Nineveh, Terry Scott and Katrina Atkinson, of Binghamton, his sister, Rose Scott, of Binghamton; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Howard volunteered his time with the Salvation Army in Binghamton for 30 years, was an avid collector of knick knacks, and enjoyed relaxing in his free time. A memorial service for Howard was held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday April 4th at Salvation Army of Binghamton, 127 Washington St. The Family received friends at the Salvation Army from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
