Jackie was born in Norwich on Oct. 2, 1972 the daughter of John Miner and Nancy Leonard Miner. She was graduate of the Norwich High School and also had attended college. Jackie had worked for CWS and in the fabric dept. of Wal-Mart.
Jackie is survived by her daughter Shyana Hallenbeck, her grandson Zane Nutter, her mother Nancy Miner all of Norwich and her father John Miner of Erieville. Also surviving are her sisters Theresa and Sarah Miner, her brothers Warren Miner and wife Edna, James Miner, Carl Miner and wife Liz, John Miner Jr and wife Robin, Josh Miner and wife Jessica and Ricky Miner and wife Ruth along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no formal funeral services and interment will be at a later date in the Greenlawn Cemetery of Bainbridge.
