Linda was born Nov 24, 1949 daughter of Jean Lingenfelter and raised in Norwich NY with her 6 brothers and sisters. She attended a at Norwich High School.
Linda went on to start a career as a civilian with the Department of the Army, first as a Clerk/Typist and then as an X-ray Tech. Her assignments while working for the Army included West Point, Vietnam, Ft. Dix, Germany and Ft. Meade. She met her future husband, a soldier with the 149th EOD, during her second stint at West Point.
She became a gardener after her early retirement due to a debilitating illness. Nothing gave her more pleasure than growing a flower from a seed and watching it blossom or to watch the wildlife trespass thru the back yard.
Linda is survived by her husband David, her brothers Burt and Kevin and her sisters Kim and Kaye. She is preceded in death by her mother Jean, her brother John and her sister Karen.
