Lloyd Manwarren Sr.

He was born November 6, 1914 in Oxford, the son of Lynn and Estella Sayles Manwarren. He was a resident the Norwich area his entire life. Lloyd had been a farm worker for many years working on numerous farms in the area. On March 2, 1940 he married the former Ethel Sweet in Oxford.

Lloyd is survived by his 4 daughters and 2 sons-in-law: Clara and Roy Parker, Lois Bouffard, Erma Brigham, Kay and James Wales, all of Norwich; 4 sons and daughters-in-law: Lynn and Nat Manwarren of Norwich, Lloyd (Jack) III and Vickie Manwarren of Plymouth, Leon and Darlene Manwarren of Plymouth, Erwin and Delores Manwarren of Sherburne. Also surviving are 41 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many great great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Ethel, in 1995; 2 grandsons, Chris David Manwarren and Donald G. Brigham; his 2 sisters, Bernice Parker and Pearl Thompson; his 7 brothers, Francis Manwarren, Emmett (Ike) Manwarren, Grover Manwarren, Lynn Manwarren Jr., Russell Manwarren , Ernest (Pete) Manwarren, and Wilson Manwarren.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home on Sunday from 1-3 p.m.
