Carole R. Jordan

Born in Brookline, she was the daughter of the late Richard Moloney and Dorothy (Oram) Moloney and was raised in Brookline; she graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Brookline. After raising a family, she later worked at the Ellis Nursing Home and private duty nursing.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert P. Jordan; loving mother of Diane M. Morgan and her husband the late Ronald of Millis, Kathleen A. Connolly of Norwood, Nancy J. Willson-Clegg and her husband George of York, PA, Stephen P. Jordan of San Diego, CA, and David J. Jordan and his wife Dianne of Franklin; devoted sister of Dorothy Morton of Florida; cherished grandmother of Anne Marie, John, Brian, Sarah, Michael, Matthew, Robert, Kevin, Stephen, Bradford, Jake, Tripper and great-grandson, Jaxon. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 26th at 8:00am from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 547 Washington Street, Norwood. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday (today) from 4:00-8:00pm at the Gillooly Funeral Home.
