Born in Boston, the daughter of the late Joseph Holleran and Mary (Woolley), she was the beloved wife of 58 years of William J. Dowling of Norwood, loving mother of William J. Dowling, Jr. and his wife Carolyn of Marblehead, Theresa and her husband Andrew Williams of Merrimack, NH, cherished grandmother of Christopher and Jeffrey Dowling and John and Michelle Williams, the dear sister of the late Joseph Holleran and Mary Ross and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will begin from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD, at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, January 22, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, January 21, from 4-8PM.
