

Christopher David Woodland, age 58, of Perry Hall, MD passed away on September 19, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Franklin L. Woodland, Sr. and the late Carol F. Woodland (nee Phillips); devoted brother of Franklin L. Woodland, Jr. and his wife Diana, Mark J. Woodland, Sr. and his wife Darlene, and Rachel H. Pfister and her husband James; loving uncle of Trevor Woodland, Muriel Woodland, Mark Woodland, Jr. and his wife Jamie, Michael Woodland and his wife Caitlyn, Becca Woodland and her partner Kevin, Daniel Woodland and his wife Nora, Lucy Pfister, Joseph Pfister, and the late Spencer Woodland; cherished great-uncle of Nash, Lily, Levi, Maddox, Rhett, Maverick, Magnolia, and one on the way.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11 A.M., at Grace Reformed Presbyterian Church, 1602 Linden Lane, Arbutus, MD 21227.
Christopher grew up in Catonsville, MD and attended Catonsville High School. He was an avid writer and poet. He enjoyed playing the piano, guitar and singing. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business. He worked for many years in IT before moving into technical writing and sales.
Christopher enjoyed riding his mountain and road bike. He participated in cycling events that helped raise money for several local non-profit organizations. He was a prayer warrior and had a deep faith in Christ. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
