

On February 16, 2026 Constance Villa Jarboe (nee Morse) passed away unexpectedly after a short health battle. She was the beloved wife of Robert M. Jarboe; devoted mother of Nicholas Paul Dominic Villa (Marni Sklodowski), and Michelle Louise Plitt (Joshua); loving step-mother of Lindsey Michelle Shaw (Richard), and Laura Meredith Slater (Andrew); cherished Nana of Natalie, Eric, Kayley, Ryan, Zach, Wyatt, Rachel, Genevieve, and Kellan; beloved daughter of the late Glenn and Louise Morse; loving sister of Cathy Cohen (Mitchell); dear sister in law of Paul Jarboe (Helen), John Jarboe (Katherine), Margaret Dobbs (David), and Ann Richards (Mark); adored aunt of Tyler and Spencer; she is also survived by her dear friend Patricia Shackleford (David), her cousin Sharon Castania, and other nieces and nephews in Robert’s family.
She was a proud graduate of Perry Hall High School, Class of 1968, and went on to earn her Associate’s Degree from Villa Julie College in 1970. She dedicated her professional life to serving others as a Medical Assistant and Billing Clerk for various medical practices throughout the Greater Baltimore area, where she was known for her dedication, reliability, and kind spirit.
Above all, she treasured her family. She found immense joy in doting on her grandchildren and being actively involved in their lives, creating memories they will carry with them always.
She had a deep love for gardening, especially designing and cultivating beautiful flowers and vegetable gardens. Her creativity extended beyond the garden into local arts and crafts shows, where she enjoyed participating in and sharing her talents with the community. An avid reader, she enjoyed reading about the Civil War and loved visiting Gettysburg and other historic battlefields. She also found great happiness in cooking, entertaining family and friends, and experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
