

Noli was born on August 1, 1947 to Florentino and Teodora (Caramat) Lodevico. He completed his grade school at Santa Fe Central School in 1960 and his secondary at Nueva Vizcaya High School in 1964. He attended Siliman University from 1966-1968 pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then transferred to Philippine Christian University in 1969 and successfully earned his degree in 1970.
Aside from being a loving, devoted, and responsible husband to his wife as well as a caring, protective, and supportive father to his children, Noli has always had it in his heart to help other people. He has been elected as the Barangay Captain of Villaflores, Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya in January 1972 at the tender age of 24 and was hailed the Youngest Barangay Captain at that time. He was elected into office several times and served for 17 years (from January 1972 to April 1989) until he migrated to the US. They decided to come back to the Philippines in 1999 and, again, he was chosen by and has served the people from June 2002 to May 2006. Such a stint demonstrates his unrivalled commitment, effective leadership, and genuine concern for his constituents.
Noli is survived by his wife of 50 years, Meriam; his eight children: Noemie (Eduardo) Pineda, Noemer (Ma. Elena) Lodevico, Nomielie (Wesley) Pugsong, Noelle (Erwin) Flores, Noli (Heidy) Lodevico, Kaith (Chase) Rogers, Meriam (Jonathan) Macam, and Noella (Edison) Palma with whom he has 21 grandkids and 5 great grandkids; and his siblings: Corazon (Maurice+) Foote, Prescila Lodevico Mendoza, Amelia (Rick) Smith, Amelita (Norbert) Sacro, Florentino Jr. (Lorna) Lodevico; and his nieces and nephews.
The family extends their fervent gratitude to the medical professionals at Union Memorial Hospital who attended to him during his final days. Also, they wish to thank Dignity Memorial, Schimunek Funeral Homes and Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens for their empathy and accommodation.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM on January 10, Friday, at Schimunek Funeral Homes, 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236. A celebration of life service will be held on January 11, Saturday, 9:30 AM at the same place and burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206.
