On November 13, 2021, Frances L. Weber (nee Sadbaras) passed away. She was the beloved wife for 42 years to the late Frank “Bill” Weber, Jr.; devoted mother of Frank E. Weber and his wife Rebecah, and Cecilia M. Weber; loving grandmother of Gregory Keffer and his partner Erika Sayer; dear great grandmother of Otto and Indy.
Frances was educated at Donora High School and Grace Martin Secretarial School in Pennsylvania. She worked several jobs through the years, beginning as a secretary at Pittsburgh Steel and then Montgomery Ward upon her move to Maryland. She then became an Executive Secretary for the Vice President at Davidson Moving &Storage where she worked until she married and had her two children. Many years later Frances went to work as a receptionist for H&R Block.
Frances loved being involved with her church and her parish. She participated in many organizations of the Catholic Church such as the Catholic Daughters, and was president of the Catholic Fraternity. She also was President of Archbishop Curley High School PTA, and Mount St. Mary’s College Parents’ Association.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, November 18, 2021, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, November 19, 2021, at 10:00 AM, at Shrine of the Little Flower, 2854 Brendan Ave., Baltimore, MD 21213. Interment to follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
