Francis G. Debelius Jr.

Francis “Frank” Gillen Debelius, Jr. of Nottingham, MD, passed away on August 11, 2014. He was 57 years old. Frank was a Dundalk native and a proud Archbishop Curley High School graduate. He attended Mount Saint Mary University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business in 1979. Frank was a perennial entrepreneur and always eager to help others. His generous spirit, boisterous laugh and kind heart was admired and loved by family and friends.

Frank was predeceased by his mother Marie Berry and father Francis Gillen Debelius, Sr. Frank, a loving and caring father, is survived by his daughter Lauren Marie Debelius and her wife Rene Debelius and their daughter Lillian Debelius of Nottingham, MD. He was the oldest of 6 siblings and is survived by his loving brothers and sisters, Suzanne Schauman of Stewartstown, Pa., Denise Rostkowski of Nottingham, MD., Robert Debelius of Dundalk, MD., Bernadette Debelius of Nottingham, MD and Stephen Debelius of Nottingham, MD. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Friday at 11am at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frank’s name to Archbishop Curley High School 3701 Sinclair Lane Baltimore, MD 21213.
