On November 27, 2021, Herbert Lee Christy passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Bernice Rogers Christy; devoted father of Kevin Christy and his wife Cindy and Jen Schleupner and her husband Mark; loving grandfather of Joshua Schleupner, Jacob Schleupner and his wife Ana, Jeremiah Schleupner and his fiancé Ashley Cerny, Gabrielle Christy, Faith Schleupner, Dustin Christy, and Ethan Christy; cherished great-grandfather of Luca and Arianna Schleupner; dear brother of the late Beverly Maggio; loving brother-in-law of Andrew Maggio.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, at 12 PM, at the funeral home. Interment services will be private.
