On April 27, 2014, Irene Stella Brown (nee Carter); beloved wife of Willie C. Brown; devoted mother of Roger D. Brown and his wife Cynthia, Wayne C. Brown, and his wife Jenny and the late Joan Brown; loving grandmother of Kristie Sieracki, Amanda Douglass, Ryan, Michael, Jason, Rachel, Danielle, and Carin Brown, and the late Roger W. Stapleton; cherished great-grandmother of thirteen great-grandchildren; dear sister of Bessie Parsons, James Carter, Hazel Stapleton, Ruth Kirk, and the late Phillip Carter. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
