Joan Elizabeth Wilson

On August 18, 2017, Joan E. “Betty” Wilson (nee Marrocco) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick C. “Wils” Wilson; devoted mother of Mark C. Wilson and his significant other Lori Robideaux, Brett S. Wilson and his wife Mary Beth, and Kimberlee J. Brown and her husband Glenn; loving nana of Casey Lynn, Abigail, Sarah, and Dominic Wilson, and Demi and Josie Brown, as well as her great-grandson Jonathan; dear sister of Theresa Weiss, and the late Rose Taylor, Frances Jenkins, Jenny Parks, Marie Pharr, Frank Marrocco, Philomenia "Minnie" Hundt, and John Marrocco. Betty Lou is also survived by her cherished companion Charles “Bucky” Meurer and his children David, Paul, and the late Tom Meurer and their spouses and family, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Miller-Dippel Funeral Home 6415 Belair Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206, on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00am at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (Overlea, MD). Interment services will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
