June was a beautiful woman who was loved by many. My parents, Dot and Joe Gertz, valued their longtime friendship. Our entire family enjoyed the privilege of knowing June and Drapey .  My wonderful husband Guy ( now deceased ) and I had the pleasure of spending time dining and dancing with them in our new home in Florida a few years ago. As usual, they wowed everyone on the dance floor.  May she Rest In Peace. 

Love and thoughts with the family. June & Drapey are dancing once more. The tears are ours and their love and Famiglia are eternal. Miss you all very much!

Terry and the entire Santoro Clan, Betty Marchetti and I are saddened to hear that our friend, Junie has passed. We have many fond memories of she and Drapey . Betty has shared with me her memories of the many dances and other social functions that she was able to share with Drapey and Junie, one in particular being a bus trip that Drapey graced everyone with his prowess on the accordion.
I am sure they are dancing together, once again and are joined by all of the other great Baltimore dancers who have left us too soon.
Rest in peace, Junie, we will soon be with you once again.

May June Santoro, a wonderful woman,  rest eternal in heavenly peace with all the angels and saints as her faith taught us who are Catholics.  She will be dancing in heaven as she did so well here on earth entertaining us all. 

 I am Dot and Joe Gertz's daughter and remember how kind June was to me when I was very sick.  She cooked my favorite Italian dish and visited me in hospital. It was delicious!
 
She was a kind soul indeed.

Mrs. June was such a part of my childhood years. I spent as much time at her house as I did at mine.  I stayed many nights with Barbara when June and  Anthony went dancing. And oh boy, could they dance!  Such a lovely family, my condolences go out to each and every one of them!😥

I remember June watching Drapey singing Crazy at Giovanni’s and
rolling her eyes!  They were a memorable couple and fantastic dancers!  June was still kicking up her legs  way into her eighties!

We can’t count all of the good times, parties and hundreds of dances with our friend June. She was a gentle sweet woman and one of the greatest dancers in Baltimore. June will soon be dancing in heaven with Drapey. The Santoro children were blessed to have her as their loving Mother. We were blessed to have her as our friend as we danced through our lives together. Our deepest sympathy to the family. May June rest in the peace of GOD.

Janie and I send our condolences to the Santoro family. Met June and Drapey some 30 years ago and enjoyed all the years of friendship and dancing. Heaven will really be jumping now.

Your angel is in heaven now she’s always had her wings inside 1 million kisses wrapped up 1 million hugs our heart is broken but I know she’s in good hands with hugs and kisses from her love ones that she met in heaven now.
