On November 27, 2025 Larry B. Outten passed away at home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Mary F. Outten (nee Thurfield); devoted father of Zachary B. "Sparky" Outten and his significant other Gabby Peterson; loving son of the late Wilson and Miriam Outten; dear brother of David Outten and his wife Brooke, Jeff Outten and his wife Michelle, and Roger Craig Outten and his wife Debby; loving brother-in-law of Barb Blazek, Gloria Mahlstedt and her husband Bill, and the late Richard Thurfield and his wife Barb; cherished uncle of Phillip, Craig, Cameron, Shawn, Todd, Richie, April, the late Michael, Alyson, Amanda,Cody, and their families; he is also survived by many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Perry Hall United Methodist Church at 11AM, with a viewing at church from 10-11AM. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. The family invites you to join them in celebrating Larry by wearing a hawaiian shirt to the visitation and funeral service.
