Marilyn Mildred Ayd

On January 7, 2020, Marilyn Mildred Ayd (nee Kober) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald E. Ayd, Sr.; devoted mother of Donald E. Ayd, Jr. and his wife Gail, Charles P. “Chic” Ayd, David J. Ayd and his wife Mary Ann, Douglas G. Ayd and his wife Wendy, Michelle C. Ayd, and Curtis M. Ayd and his wife April; loving grandmother of Jason Ayd and his significant other Amanda Campbell, Justin Ayd and his wife Melissa, Daniel Ayd and his significant other Meghan Schindler, Ricky Roh, Brooklin Ayd, Dylan Missimer, Jr. and his significant other Michele Balk, Jessica Weiser, and Zachary, Trevor, and Jacob Ayd; cherished great-grandmother of Hayley, Landon, and Ryan Ayd, Alyssa and Cloe Deiter, Lillianna, Koleson, Emelia, and Charlie Murphy Ayd, and Dylan Missimer, III; devoted daughter of the late Mildred Weber; dear sister of the late Janice Kober; loving aunt of Jim Novak, Jr. and his wife Rita, Mark Novak, Karen Novak, and the late Cindy Novak.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, January 10, 2020, from 3-5pm and 7:30-9pm; with a funeral service at 7pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marilyn’s name to Associated Catholic Charities, 320 Cathedral St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
