On March 6, 2026 Mark E. Sargent passed away. He was the beloved husband of Ethel L. Sargent; devoted father of Sarah A. Sargent; cherished son of the late Albina Sargent; loving brother of Michael Sargent, Stuart Sargent, and the late Richard Keith Sargent; loving son-in-law of Harry E. Hines and Emma L. Hines; dear brother-in law of Denise Stover. Mark is also survived by his granddog Gisele "Bug" who he adored, his nieces, nephews, family members and many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM, where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Park.
