Mom, I was so lucky to have you and Dad as my parents. You always were there for me and would be my biggest cheerleaders no matter what my endeavors were. Mom, I love you so very much and still cannot believe you are gone. I have a huge void inside of me, but I have to be comforted in knowing that you are at peace in heaven with our Lord and Daddy is right there with you. God certainly blessed me with wonderful parents and I am truly thankful! I hope that I am able to honor you both by how I live my life. Love you forever and always! Miss you both dearly. Nancy lit up the room with her smile and energy; She always had a hug for everyone and always made everyone feel special. Hi Honey,

All of these wonderful people have written such kind words it was hard for me to express my feelings in writing.  I think you already know how I feel because of how we would know each others thoughts without even saying a word.   You know you were more than my wife, you were my best friend, someone I could confide in and tell  my secrets to.  There will never be a moment that goes by without you in my thoughts and in my heart.  This is going to be very hard.  I now know how you felt when you lost Barry.  You were a very strong woman to go through what you did to get your life going again. This is not an easy thing and I hope I find that strength as well.  Oh, and no need worry about Lily.  She misses you and I am doing the best I can to keep her happy.  I have spoken to Dr. Mills and we think her blood count will be a little low but she will lead a normal life with the medication.  But you already know all of this because you are now taking care of us from heaven.

Kim, Nancy's daughter is a dear friend of mine. Even though I never had the pleasure of meeting Nancy, I can tell how much of a wonderful person she was through her daughter. My prayers go out to Kim and her family because although Nancy is no longer in pain and is their angel in heaven, she will be greatly missed by all.

Last time I met up with Nancy was when I was altering her wedding dress for her marriage to John .it was so beautiful to see her so happy. I'm so sorry for your loss

I miss you terribly.  My heart is breaking but I know that is selfish of me.  You are in heaven now with Jesus and I know you are with dad again.  I am happy for you but that still doesn't take this hurt away.  I know you are in no more discomfort and you are at peace.  I just cannot wait until I see you again.  With each passing day the reality is starting to sink in.  I still feel like I am in this horrible dream.  Please know that I love you more than I can ever express with words.  You were my hero and I hope you know that you will always be in my heart, just as Mother's and Daughter's should be.  You were the most loving,caring and beautiful person I have ever met.  You always put yourself last and everyone else first.  I told you while you were in the hospital that it was time for you to be first.  I know now that you are at peace and finally feel comfort being in Jesus's loving arms, with Dad right beside you too.  I love you more and more each day. You are so much more than my sister in law. You are my sister. We have such opposite personalities yet you loved me without judgment. We had a special bond that most people didn't know about. The secrets we shared and things we could only talk about to each other.
You were so much stronger of a woman than you ever gave yourself credit for; I hope you can see that now. 
I am thankful that you did not suffer and are at peace. I am also thankful that you can be there to take care of Barry. You know he never did do well without you.

A Sister is someone who loves you from the heart, and this is how I felt loved by Nancy.  Her outer beauty was only trumped by her inner beauty of gentle kindness.  One of her finest qualities was her forgiving nature and honest ability not to judge others-----in fact, she use to say often, "you never know what that person is going through unless you could walk in their shoes", and she was so right.
I will miss all the long conversations we shared through the years where we discussed so many different things.  The compatibility I felt with her will always be treasured.

I was so saddened when I saw the news.  Your mom and dad were one of my first patients as a hygienist and even after my move west we kept in touch.  She was so easy to talk to and her love was so genuine and true.  She was absolutely beautiful inside and out and know that she is at peace and with you every single day guiding and protecting you and your family.  Peace

My name is Brian Ferri.  My significant other, Allan Michero, and I met John and Nancy as they were looking at their new house across the street from ours in HdG.  There was such youthfulness about Nancy, and she radiated beautiful energy and light.  We immediately bondedâ€¦exchanged numbersâ€¦spoke on the phone with Nancy before during and after they purchased their home.  We knew that we were going to be very close friends and share many great times with her.  We are extremely saddened by this news.  Allan and I offer our heartfelt deepest sympathy for John and their entire family.  God bless Nancy.  Now she's our Angle.

The minute Nancy and john waved to us - I knew they would be the best neighbors! We even drove around the block to tell them so! We could have stayed and talked for hours and couldn't wait for them to move into their house in Havre de Grace! We are so deeply saddened and shocked by Nancy's passing but we know that she is keeping the party going until we meet with her again in heaven!
