On September 22, 2025, Nicomedes “Nick” Delacruz passed away. He was the beloved husband of Katherine “Kay” Delacruz (née Krysiak); devoted father of Nicole Walsch and her husband Tony, Kristina Delacruz, and Eric Delacruz and his wife Hayley; loving grandfather of Hazel Delacruz and Calvin Delacruz; son of the late Gelacio Delacruz Sr. and late Marciana Delacruz; dear brother of Rolando Delacruz (Karen), Olivia Magtanong (Emmanuel), Diana Delacruz-Jaffe (Lane), Arnulfo Delacruz, Fernando Delacruz (Lynn), the late Elizabeth Lobangco (surviving Laureano), late Gelacio Delacruz Jr., and the late Wilfredo Delacruz (late Diana). Nick is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be private.
