

Raymond Charles Eibner, age 89, of Perry Hall, MD, passed away on August 31, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Joan Mary Eibner (nee Jasinski); devoted father of Jennifer Eibner Winiecki and her husband Scott; loving grandfather of Lexi K. Winiecki and Wendy R. Winiecki; dear brother of the late Joe Eibner and his surviving spouse Mary, the late Leo Eibner and his late wife Elsie, and the late Charlotte Rossi and her late husband Albert. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as his cherished dog Ruby.
Raymond served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was stationed in South America and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. After his discharge from the Marines, Ray served as a Baltimore City Police Officer for over 47 years. He enjoyed traveling across America in his camper, taking day trips to Pennsylvania with his family, working on cars and around the yard, as well as sitting on the deck bird watching. Ray got to fulfill a lifelong dream of visiting the Great Wall of China when he traveled to China with his daughter and son-in-law.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 10 A.M., at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 9215 Old Harford Rd., Parkville, MD 21234. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery (Fullerton, MD). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to 1p36 Deletion Syndrome Awareness at www.1p36dsa.org. This is an organization that is special to Raymond. Donations are in honor of his granddaughter Wendy.
