On February 2, 2020 Regina "Jean" Windsor (nee Hartman) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Bill Windsor; devoted mother of David Windsor, and Jeff Windsor and his wife Ann; cherished grandmother of Jeffrey Windsor and his wife Rachel, Adam Windsor, and Alex Windsor and his fiancée Emily Simone; loving great-grandmother of Daxton and Camden; loving daughter of the late John and Isabella Hartman; dear sister of Norma Spielman and her husband Roy, and the late Dorothy Rizza, Albert Hartman, and George "Dutch" Hartman; loving sister-in-law of Suzanne Windsor, and she was pre-deceased by her other loving brother and sister-in-laws.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Wednesday from 6-9 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
