On February 21, 2012, Rita R. Parker (Nee Rosso); beloved wife of the late Gerald C. Parker; devoted mother of Vernon J. Parker, Jr. and his wife Kathy and the late Gregory D. Parker; loving grandmother of Justin G. Parker and Emily M. Parker; dear sister of Gloria Ross and her brother in law Edwin DeFord, Sr. and the late Veronica DeFord and Patricia Ross; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
