Sam brightened this world on Jan. 27, 1976. He continued to do so for 44 years. He was born in Baltimore County (21234) and lived there until he moved to Hamden (Hun!). You could always count on his quirky and positive outlook. Such a kind and beautiful soul who, when focused, always brought fun to a situation. He loved his family, friends, fashion, fun, and his dog and loyal companion, Dirt, who passed away on the same day.
He is survived by his dear grandmother, Bonnie Kramer, his devoted parents Neil and Vicki Lockwood, and his cherished brother Scott Lockwood and his wonderful wife, Jessica. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his loving friend Courtney Bull.
