On November 4, 2018, Victor Elswick; loving son of Billy and Naomi Elswick; beloved partner of Tom Maykrantz; dear brother of Billie Jean Worton and husband Robert. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, loving family and friends.

Relatives and friends will gather at Miller-Dippel Funeral Home, Inc., 6415 Belair Rd., Baltimore MD 21206, on Monday, November 5, 2018, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the future at Green Hill Memory Gardens, Cedar Bluffs VA.
