My thoughts and prayers are with you Cathy and family during this difficult time.  Jerry and I were childhood friends from Ashland Ave.  Jerry and his parents were the kindness people I ever met. R.I.P. Jerry I know you will be missed.

I will miss his warmth. I will miss his smile. I will miss his love.  I will miss his naughty boyish laugh after he told me some silly joke. I will miss hearing him say, “Ok Hon” which meant he was ready to leave and would see you later.
I hope he knows he doesn't need to worry about Miss Cathy.  His daughter, Cathy, is strong and will take care of her.  I hope he knows not to worry about Cathy, because her family and his “adopted daughters” will take care of her.

So many years have passed since we've seen each other, but please know that you are in my thoughts.

Dear Cathy and Family,we are all so very sorry and sad to realize that Jerry is no longer going to be with us. Don't forget how much Jerry loved all of you and dedicated his life to taking care of you and making sure that you were happy.
We had some really great times and vacations together.  Will really miss the card games.  Remember the vacations with the kids at Wildwood every summer?
