She was born in Antioch on August 4, 2001.
As an honor roll student she attended Olive Elementary and Sinaloa Middle School and was loved by all who met her.
Neveah’s life seemed too short, but those who were touched by her understood that quality of life far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.
Her gentle caring spirit and smile could melt the hearts of those around her and her strength, perseverance, and ability to overcome incredible odds showed those who knew and loved her, how life should be lived.
Nevaeh never complained about the years of chemo, surgeries or pain, she walked with dignity of someone far past her years. Her humorous side was a joy to behold, and we can’t forget the ever present socks that could not match.
Nevaeh leaves behind many who grieve this unbelievable loss; Maternal Grandmother/Guardian (Nana), Carel Thomas and Papa, Jim Thomas of Pinole, Mother, Andrea Owens of Sacramento, Father, David (Edwards) Williams of Sacramento, Sister, Ivy Barns of Sacramento, Grandfather, Larry Owens of Missouri, Great Grandmother Kay Payn of Colorado, Great grandfather, Marshall Payn of Florida, Aunt Laura Scassera and her husband Joe Scassera, and three children Natalie, Stephen and Lydia of Pennsylvania, Uncle Tom Payn of Colorado, Uncle Jeff Payn and his wife Kathy of Texas, and many special friends, too numerous to mention.
A Celebration Of Life will be held Saturday, July 12th, 2014 at twelve o’clock, at Keaton’s Redwood Chapel 1801 Novato Boulevard, Novato, CA
