He was born in San Francisco, California on July 17,1928, his late wife was fondly known as "Billie" and he remarried Ursula of Nevada.
Sam Navarra enjoyed a thriving career in the bar industry in the bay area, for The Vineyard in San Francisco and then The Willowbrook in Petaluma, he had a passion for travel and experiencing new places.
Sam is survived by his children, Nora Simontacchi, Donna Navarra, and Greg Navarra. His grand children Anthony and Thomas Simontacchi. Great grand children Jackson Simontacchi and one to be born in November of this year. Brother Nick Navarra and sisters Joann Jacobs, and Lorraine Symynak.
A Visitation an Rosary will be held beginning at 5 PM, June 26, at Keaton's Redwood Chapel of Marin.
Funeral Services will be proceeding at 10:00 AM, June 27, 2017 at Our Lady of Loretto in Novato, California.
