Kimberly Anne Tucker

Kim was talented in many areas. She was an artist who did pen and ink drawings as early as the 3rd grade that won her acclaim by friends and teachers alike. She continued her art throughout her life. It is said by her friends that she should have been a stand-up comedian. She had a great sense of humor and could tell stories much like Lilly Tomlin. She always had a joke to tell.

Kim enlisted in the US Navy in 1980 and served 5 years and was honorably discharged in 1985. She enjoyed her service to our country and felt that was some of the best years of her life.

Kim was also a lover of animals. She cared for and rescued animals. But probably one of Kim’s best qualities was her love of helping others.

Kim is survived by her parents Tom and Sharon Tucker of Marysville, Washington, her brother Thomas Tucker, Jr. with wife Amy, nephew Bradley Tucker, niece Maresa Tucker and many other family and friends.

A memorial service for Kim will be held at Burley Funeral Chapel Friday, May 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Friends may go online at www.burleyfuneralchapel.com to sign a guest register and leave memories for the family.
