Paul Eugene Wagner

He was born May 29th, 1941 in Centralia, Washington to Paul and Mary Phelps.

After retiring from Overall Laundry Service in Tacoma, Paul and Charlene made a new home is Coupeville in 1998.

Paul always enjoyed sports, old cars and was past member of Cogs Car Club, Old Timers Northwest Car Club, Camano Car Club and the Rumblers Car Club. He was a current member of the Whidbey Cruiser and Riviera Owners Association.

Paul is survived by his wife Charlene of 43 years, a son, a daughter Lori Smith of Milton, Washington, a brother Dave Wagner of Algona, five granddaughters and six great grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Jessica Dawn.

As per his wishes no service will be held. Private internment will be held later at All Saints Episcopal Church in Tacoma. Donations suggested to Home Health Care and Hospice of Whidbey General Hospital. Family and friends may sign an online registry or leave memories at www.burleyfuneralchapel.com.
