Thomas Ashley Goodson

Tom was born March 5, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri and passed away on July 11, 2011 at his home in Oak Harbor. He is survived by his wife Marsha of 43 years, two sons Tom and Drew, two grandchildren Spencer and Bijoe and several cousins.

After attending Worth County High School in Grant City, Missouri he proudly joined and served his country in the United States Navy.

He will be remembered by friends as a brooding, scowling cantankerous loving cowboy, and by his family as grandpa, teacher, best friend, dad and husband. He will be forever loved and missed.

There will be a celebration of Tom’s life on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Twilight, at City Beach, Oak Harbor, WA. The family suggests donations be made in Tom’s name to the American Heart Association.
