Geraldine H. Bogdan, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026. Born on August 14, 1934, in Chicago, Illinois, Geraldine was known for her vibrant spirit and love of connection. A true social butterfly, she found joy in arts and crafts and cherished every moment spent with her family.
She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Bogdan. Devoted mother of the late David (Rosemary) Bogdan, James (Sandy) Bogdan, Raymond (the late Jerod Kriston) Bogdan, Ronald (Bussadee) Bogdan, and Linda Bogdan (John Kelchner). She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Jennifer (Jessie), Paige (Kevin), and Parker, and a loving great-grandmother to Sofia and Hunter. Preceded in death by her parents, Cecilia Guetter and George Roman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 4:00 8:00 p.m., at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 South Central Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois. Interment private.
