Wolf, Harriet J. (nee Boo) 91 of Oak Lawn, IL died peacefully at home on June 13, 2013 after a long illness. Loving wife and best friend of William F. "Bill" for 63 years; devoted mother of Suzan (Michael) Chopik of New Lenox; loving daughter of the late Joseph S. and Helen (nee Merrill) Boo of Lewistown, IL; fond sister of Max (Shirley) Boo, and the late Mary Hapke; kind aunt to many nieces and nephews. Harriet enjoyed giving her time and talents to help anyone in need. Hat inspired admiration and many great friendships throughout her life and work. She volunteered at the Pass It On Thrift Center in Crestwood, and was an active member of the 20-30-40 Glass Society of Illinois. Hat's annual garage sales were amazing! Bill and Sue are extremely appreciative of the love and support from their neighborhood family, and the special angels of Peace Hospice. Family and friends will gather on Monday, June 17, at Chapel Hill Gardens South, 11333 S. Central Ave. Oak Lawn, IL from 3:00 p.m. until the time of memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
