Judith A. Borowiak nee Malpass, age 80 of Oak Lawn, IL. At rest August 4, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Andrew. Loving mother of Cindy (Brian) Borowiak-Williams, Wendy (Robert) Peal and Mark (Kathleen) Borowiak. Proud Grandma of Caitlyn (David) Gilpin, Emma Borowiak, Michael Borowiak, Kyler Peal, Trevor Peal and Julius Trevino Williams. Soon to be a Great-Grandma. Judith was preceded in death by her parents, loving twin sister Jerrie and her dear brother Jack. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews and dear friend to many.
Visitation Monday, August 9, 2021 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Family and friends will meet Tuesday, August 10th at Immanuel United Church of Christ, 9815 S. Campbell, Evergreen Park, IL for services at 1:00 pm. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be to made to Northwestern Medicine Memorial Transplant Foundation,at foundation.NM.org. Judith's life was extended for 11 great years due to the gift of organ donation and the excellent care provided by Northwestern.
