Leonard G Smith

Leonard Gordon Smith of Palos Heights was born in Keshena, Wisconsin on December 12, 1946 to Melvin and Edith (Long) Decorah and passed away on October 11, 2021. Leonard was the beloved farther of Laverne Contreras (Arturo), Leslie Ast (John), Denise Bruder (Eric) and the late Jason Smith; cherished grandfather of Regina, Ashley, Xavier, Siera, Luther, Jessica and many great grandchildren; loving brother of the late Gary Lee, the late Gladys Marie, Gloria Ann, Glen Mitchel (Ann), Terrilynn Wauposse, Renetta Heath, Ardith Wauposse, Allison Wauposse (David), Aloysius Wauposse, Jr. (Julianne), Willard Wauposse, Sr., Dean Wauposse, Sr. (Lori), the late Tim Wauposse, SR. and the late Todd Wauposse.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 11 am until 2pm at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 S. Central Ave Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453 with a chapel service immediately following at 2pm.
