Marion LaVine, age 102, of Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 25th, 2023. Beloved daughter of the late Arvid and Daisey LaVine; loving sister of the late Grace (the late Joseph) Galvin, the late Don (the late Ruth) LaVine, and the late Ellis (the late Anita) LaVine; cherished aunt of Ronald (Judith) Galvin, the late Lynne (Jim) Pacetti, the late Dale (the late Carol) Galvin, the late Dennis (Sharon) Galvin, the late Susan (Johnson), Anita (Bill) Hahn, the late Nancy (Tom) Fletcher; Kim (Phil) Pascarella, Craig (Jodi) LaVine, the late Guy LaVine and the late TJ (Jill) LaVine; dearest great-aunt of many. Retired executive secretary at United Airlines. Proud long-time parishioner and active member at Beverly Evangelical Covenant Church.
Friends and family will gather for a memorial visitation for Marion that will be held Friday, October 13th, 2023 at 10am until time of service at 12pm at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 South Central Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453
