Earnest, Thomas J. of Alsip, IL. Age 60. Passed away peacefully on November 3, 2011 at home with his family by his side after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Nancy, nee Warren. Loving father of Diane Daul, James (Denise) Drish, David (Kristine) Drish and Joseph (fiancée Rachael Speer) Drish. Extended family of Ricky and Jen Stoots. Loving grandfather to Robert, Joseph, Alissa, Meghan, Brooke, Savannah and Jason. Dear brother to Len (Teresa), Dennis, Denise and Gale. He proudly served in the United States Army 11th ACR Blackhorse 2nd Squadron Howitzer Battery. Served in Viet Nam in 1969. Worked for BNSF and Belt Railway of Chicago Railroad for 30 years. Twice in the Wheel Club from BNSF. Memorial visitation will be Sunday Nov. 13 2011 from 3 to 9 pm at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 S. Central Ave. Oak Lawn, IL.
