Donald L. Whitson, age 74, of Wauconda, passed away on March 28, 2013. He was born on December 26, 1938. Donald was the beloved husband of Patricia (nee Mateling); father of Donald Jr. and Ginger; dear brother of Sandy, Patsy, Ronnie and Bobby; loving brother-in-law of Alana Flatley and David (Eloise) Mateling; uncle to many. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17W201 Roosevelt Rd. (1/4 mile west of Rt. 83) Oakbrook Terrace.
